From the beginning, we have understood that making wine is not just about transforming grapes into bottles, but also about taking care of the landscape, the land and people. We work following the principles of biodynamic viticulture, and we complement it with practices such as:

Care for our vineyards with the utmost respect for their environment, we apply several sustainable practices that are part of our daily lives. One of them is phytotherapy with plants, a natural system that uses plant extracts to strengthen the vines and prevent diseases without chemicals.

We also reuse the CO₂ generated during wine fermentation, a way to take advantage of this resource and reduce its environmental impact.

On the farm, all organic waste is converted into natural compost, which then returns to the earth to nourish the vineyards, thus closing the cycle.

Regarding water and energy resources, we operate with well water, solar energy and an automated irrigation system that optimizes every drop.

Finally, our commitment also reaches the bottle: we produce certified vegan wines, and we reuse the bottles that return through wine tourism visits, giving them a new life.
