We propose four pairings designed so that each wine shines to its fullest and harmonizes with dishes that transport you to the heart of the Empordà.

Blanc de Gresa: a gastronomic white for more structured dishes

Blanc de Gresa is a more complex white wine, full-bodied and with deep aromas of honey, vanilla and a touch of pastries.
It is a wine that fills the palate with a wealth of flavors and offers a gastronomic experience in itself.

Food pairing suggestion: This wine deserves a special pairing. Pair it with baked hake with a mild seafood and vegetable sauce, or scallops gratin with a touch of butter and thyme.
