NEW AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS FOR OUR WINES
PREMIS VINARI 2024
Last Friday, the prestigious Vinari Awards 2024 event was held in Vilafranca del Penedès, an event that recognizes the good work and commitment of Catalan wineries to the promotion and preservation of wine culture. In this edition, we are proud to announce that our winery has been awarded two important prizes for wines from our Varietals de Terrer range.
On the one hand, our Vd’O 1 2017, made 100% with black Carignan and grown on slate land, has received the silver medal in the red aging wine category.
A més, el Vd’O 2 2017, també de carinyena negra 100%, però cultivat en sòls sorrencs, ha estat distingit amb la medalla d’or en la mateixa categoria. És especialment destacable que aquest vi es troba classificat com a Vi de Finca Qualificada, una distinció que certifica la seva qualitat excepcional i el vincle únic amb el nostre terrer.

VINOUS
We are also pleased to share that we have received excellent news from the prestigious VINOUS magazine. In his article entitled “El Agitado Mediterráneo Catalán y Más Allá”, the renowned Argentinian journalist and oenologist Joaquín Hidalgo has evaluated our wines, highlighting their quality under his demanding professional criteria.
Our Blanc de Gresa 2022 has been rated with 93 points, the same score as the Gresa Expresió 2017. These two wines are emblems of our winery, as they represent our origins, being the first ones we produced at home. With them, we want to convey the essence and authenticity that define Vinyes d’Olivardots.
With an equal score of 93 points, our Varietals de Terrer, Vd’O 1 and Vd’O 2 2017, have also been recognized for their excellence. These wines reflect the unique expression of each variety in its respective terroir, a meticulous process that turns them into unique and unmistakable wines.

This Monday, October 14, the presentation of the Wine Guide of Catalonia was held at Sala Razzmatazz in Barcelona, with the presence of more than 100 wineries from all over the country. We also participated, offering a selection of our wines.
