New scores for our Robert Parker wines

Every year we eagerly await the ratings of Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, one of the most influential publications in the world of wine, through the official taster for Spain, Luis Gutiérrez. And once again, our wines have been recognized with exceptional scores!

All the wines presented received scores above 93 points, with special emphasis on the Varietal de Terrer Vd’O 1, 2021 Pissarra, which obtained 94+points

This single-varietal wine of Carignan Nogra, grown on slate soils and with a limited production, has been praised for its expressiveness, depth and fidelity to the territory. Gutiérrez’s assessments highlight the balance and elegance of the winery’s wines, as well as their ability to convey the essence of the terroir.


“It is not a shy wine, as it has 14.5% alcohol, but it has great freshness and acidity that make it very balanced with a medium body and fine-grained tannins, powerful and elegant.”


THE WINES

Our Ethèric Carinyena Negre 2022 has been rated with 93 points. The Carinyena 2022 Ethèric pur was made with purity, freshness, subtlety and elegance, with an ethereal touch, hence its name in the Catalan language.

Varietal de Terrer Vd’O 6, 2023 Alluvial, has achieved 93 points. The nose of the Gresa negre 2019 is a symphony of aromatic herbs, fragrant, colorful and a little intoxicating, sweet and very attractive, a little decadent.

Gresa, vintage 2018, rated 93 points confirms, a complex, mature and refined character. 2023 was again a very dry year, and the 2023 Vd’O 6, always one of my favorites, has a Mediterranean nose of dry hay and straw, a round and velvety palate with a tender texture, ripe flavors and good overall balance.

Gamma Varietal de Terrer Vd’O 2, 2021 Sand, with93 points.

The 2021 Vd’O 2 was made with Carignan. It has grainy tannins and a dense palate with maturity and soft acidity.

Blanc de Gresa vintage 2023 with 93 points. I love the complex nose of Blanc de Gresa 2023; its nuances and it has notes of herbs and flowers and a savory touch.


Ethèric Blanc de Noirs Brisat 2023 with 92 points.

The wine matured in ceramic eggs for six months. It has an aroma of beeswax and honey, pollen and aromatic herbs, fennel and anise.
