B63852222, and domicile for notification purposes at Carrer Buenos Aires, number 18, 08328 Alella (Barcelona), is the owner of the web portal www.olivardots.com (hereinafter “the portal”), complies with the guidelines of the current regulations in matters of personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation thereof data.

The user is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data he sends to the lender, exonerating the lender from any responsibility in this regard.
