Ethèric Blanc de Noirs / 2022

Ethèric Blanc de Noirs is a white wine from red Carignan wine and skin contact fermentation with white Carignan, getting organe wine expression. Ageing with lees during 8 months in gres egg and then it rests in the bottle for 2 years.

Ethèric comes from the Finca els Quadrons a 90-year-old vineyard of Red Carignan. A plot located in Capmany on sandy granitic Soil, formed in terraces facing North and Surrounded by a pine forest that gives it the shape of an amphitheater.
