Ethèric Blanc de Noirs / 2023

Ethèric comes from Finca els Quadrons, a 90-year-old, bush-trained vineyard. The plot is located in the village of Capmany, in the middle of a pine forest forming an amphitheater of terraces. Embraced by the trees, it has a north-facing orientation and sandy granitic soil.

Hand-harvested in 8kg boxes, seeking maximum respect for the grapes, with a double selection in the winery.

Ethèric Blanc de Noirs is a white wine from red Carignan wine and skin contact fermentation with white Carignan, getting organe wine expression. Ageing with lees during 8 months in gres egg and then it rests in the bottle for 2 years.

Aromatically unique, with dried white and yellow flowers reminiscent of honey. Exotic fruits such as passion fruit, citrus peel (orange and lemon), and stone fruits.
On the palate, we perceive a citrus freshness, a characteristic minerality from the granitic soil, and salinity from the stoneware egg, leaving a long, silky, and balanced finish.
