Manual harvest in 10 Kg boxes, carrying out a first selection in the vineyard and a second grain by grain in the cellar.
Cold pre-maceration (4ºC), vinification with combined fermentation in stainless steel vats and French oak foudres, at a controlled temperature of 26ºC and long maceration. Pressed with a very low pressure press.
Aging for 14 months in French oak Bordeaux barrels, combining fine and extra fine grain to obtain more complexity
Intense cherry color.
A complex symphony of floral aromas of violet, giving way to an explosion of black fruit like blueberry and plum, accompanied by toffee and vanilla, a result of its ageing process.
Depth and elegance are displayed through silky tannins that culminate in a long and fresh finish on the palate.
Stewed meats such as beef with mushrooms, chicken with squid or extending it to desserts.
