Manual harvest in 10kg boxes, making a first selection of grapes in the vineyard and a second grain by grain in the cellar. Cold pre-maceration (2-4ºC) followed by controlled fermentation at a temperature of 26-28ºC.
We use the pigeage technique, long maceration and soft pressing. Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels with lees removal and malolactic fermentation.

From the “Varietals de Terrer” collection, the Vd’O 2 wine is the first wine of the D.O. Empordà and the 13th in Catalonia that Incavi awards the qualification “Vi de Finca Qualificada”
. It is the highest recognition that can be granted to a wine. This distinction implies unique, qualitative and climatic characteristics to the wines of grapes from the same plot in property, which follow the most demanding protocols by the D.O. in terms of production and efficiency.
This qualification recognizes both national and international prestige over 10 years.
