Masterclass of soil comparison with the journalist Miquel Hudin
Last Saturday 25th April, the wine journalist Miquel Hudin led a masterclass comparing terroir wines from Dalmatia and Catalonia under the wine lounge Dalmacija Wine Expo in Split (Croatia). The purpose of the meeting was to compare three wines tasting of each of these regions to explore their characteristics and styles of soil preparation, showing both their contrasts and their common character joined the Mediterranean Sea from banks opposed. Among them a representative of Catalan Terroir was Gresa 2008 wine of Vineyards of Olivardots cellar.
