Etèric comes from Finca els Quadrons, a red carignan from 90 year old bush vines.

A plot located in Capmany in sandy and granitic soil, formed on terraces facing north and surrounded by a pine forest that gives it the shape of an amphitheater.

Vineyard worked under the principles of Biodynamic Agriculture and manually looking for the maximum care of the grapes.

Etèric ferments in an open 500L French oak barrel with its stems.
Once the fermentation is over, it is aged for 12 months also in French barrels

Medium body cherry color
Aromatically predominates a fresh citrus of orange peel, sour cherry and forest herbs
In the mouth it has a silky passage with a deep and long finish.

Limited production of 270 bottles
