We tell the story, through an interview, from the point of view of Carme Casacuberta, oenologist, winegrower and owner of the winery Vinyes d’Olivardots (Alt Empordà), along with some opinions of the change and transition of Carlota Pena, oenologist and winegrower.

We want to give you the opportunity to listen to the Podcast, where more than a podcast, it is a meeting of three people who comment on the story from a more than natural, sincere and professional point of view.
