Ethèric Blanc de Noirs 2021

Ethèric Blanc de Noirs comes from the Finca els Quadrons, a 90-year-old vineyard of Carinyena black. A plot located in Capmany on sandy granitic terrain, formed in terraces facing North and surrounded by a pine forest that gives it the shape of an amphitheater.

Vineyard worked under the principles of Biodynamic Agriculture and in the manual way seeking the maximum care of the grapes.

Ethèric Blanc de Noirs is a black Carignan wine that, once the first must has been pressed and extracted, is fermented with white Carignan skins. We work the lees for 8 months and then it rests in the bottle for 2 years.

TASTING NOTE

Soft and delicate pink color.

Aromatically, we are talking about white flowers, passion fruit, lemon peel. If we let it express itself, notes of fruit such as apricot appear.

In the mouth we perceive a citric acidity, freshness, minerality caused by the work of lees, a long aftertaste salty, silky and balanced.
