Vd’O 9 – Gray Carignan 2023

Wine that comes from a century-old vineyard of Carignan Gris. Recovering this extinct variety, we do the entire manual harvest with great care. It is fermented in stainless steel and  aged for 8 months stiring its lees, seeking varietal purity.

Golden color
A variety of subtle and elegant notes, from dried herbs, sweet flower, bear fruit, orange citrus and spices such as white and pink pepper.
In the mouth, all the aromatic fragrance is maintained, with a unique personality. Creamy, unctuous and fresh due to its high acidity. In its wake, it leaves us with a mineral and deep presence.
