35% White Grenache, 21% Grey Grenache, 27% Macabeo and 17% White Carignan.

Manual harvesting in 10 kg boxes. Grain by grain selection on the sorting table. Film maceration followed by fermentation and aging in earthenware amphorae of 700 – 1,000 L. for 4 months.
Bright pale yellow color.
On the nose, the freshness of white and yellow flowers stands out, with a touch of green apple characteristic of the White Grenache and a citrus note of lemon and lime peel, typical of the White Carignan.
Mineral and earthy sensation, coming from the amphora, with a well-defined acidity that brings us freshness. The finish is soft and
enveloping with saline notes that leave a pleasant finish on the palate.
