Ethèric is the personal project of Carlota Pena, oenologist, winemaker and second generation of the Vinyes d’Olivardots winery, located in Capmany, Alt Empordà. With this wine, Carlota takes a step further in her way of understanding the vineyard and the territory, seeking a more rooted and conscious agriculture, which interprets the land with sensitivity and respect.

The name Ethèric refers to the etheric body, a subtle and invisible layer that surrounds the physical body and exchanges energy with it. A metaphor in which he wants to achieve: wines that go beyond the tangible and that connect with the soul of the territory.
This personal and artistic approach has been recognized at the 2025 Vinari Awards , where Ethèric Blanc de Noirs received the Gràfiques Varias Award for Best Label. A recognition not only of the aesthetic design, but also of the ability to transmit, through an image, the entire philosophy of a profound and innovative project.
